The mission of CAGEL involves parents, teachers and other caring adults to become aware and adopt a zero tolerance against physical or psychologically aggressive behavior towards children. We want to educate and inform adults how to recognize bullying behavior, become mentors to the children in their own lives who may be a bully or affected by one.
